great location. the lady that welcomed us on arrival was amazing giving us ideas of what to do and was always very friendly when we saw her. that’s definitely a very good plus.

Hotel staff where very helpful with everything requested

The most thing I liked was the staff, namely Helena. She was very helpful to us and helped us sort out a problem we had in our trip. We won’t forget her personal commitment in helping us and next time we stay in Victoria we will always stay here. Hotel Zenit Jardines de Uleta is very lucky to have someone as her within their staff. Thank you Helena! Five stars!!!

Very modern, spacious. clean and comfortable room.

Very clean and pleasant, lots of space, loved that there was a separate storage area for my bike and one to build and service it too!
