The most thing I liked was the staff, namely Helena. She was very helpful to us and helped us sort out a problem we had in our trip. We won’t forget her personal commitment in helping us and next time we stay in Victoria we will always stay here. Hotel Zenit Jardines de Uleta is very lucky to have someone as her within their staff. Thank you Helena! Five stars!!!

Hotel located in a quiet safe good neighborhood. Free street parking in just infront of the hotel. Approachable staff and very pleasant to talk to, informative and helpful.

The apartment was very big and nicely furnished. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is a little far away from the city centre - approx a 30 Min walk. But we knew that before and there is also a bus station nearby.
